Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking an experienced and community focused Divisional Manager to provide leadership and operational management at Division 4, Mabuiag Island.This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality Council services, fostering robust community and stakeholder relationships,
and developing a high performing workforce that supports Council's strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership and people management experience.
Strong operational, organisational and problem-solving skills.

An understanding of, and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
