This role is a genuine pathway into real estate sales, not a long-term assistant position, but a structured entry point into becoming a standalone agent. Most candidates progress within 12–24 months, with performance not time determining how quickly you advance.

Offering a starting salary package of $84,000 with additional commissions based on sales performance.

You do not require real estate sales experience to be successful for the role. In fact, we’re specifically not looking for experienced agents. We are searching for the right people. We have a successful track record of turning the right people into the right agents.

What you’ll be exposed to

A typical day may include

- Attending inspections and working directly with buyers

- Supporting active campaigns and vendor communication

- Prospecting and building your own database

- Shadowing negotiations and strategy discussions

- Assisting with marketing and campaign execution

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally, you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate and preferably live locally.
