Position: Support Worker
Location: [Hobart]

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with complex psychosocial needs.

- Support participants in their daily living activities, building their independence and resilience.

- Work collaboratively with other professionals and family members to ensure consistent and effective support.

- Maintain a secure and respectful environment, promoting positive relationships.

You must have, at a minimum:

- Must hold a relevant CertIII, Cert IV, Diploma or Tertiary qualification (or its equivalent) / including demonstrated knowledge or experience in working with NDIS participants with complex needs.

- Must hold WWVP cards and NDIS Worker Endorsement Registration or willingness to obtain.





- Access to a reliable and roadworthy car for work purposes, comprehensive insurance and a valid Full Tasmanian Driving License

- Current accreditation in Medication Administration, First Aid, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, or the capacity to gain competency within the first 3 months of employment.

- Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times.

- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation.

- National Police Check

- Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access.

- Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participants’ information at all times.
