This represents a rare remote opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Brisbane. This firm has truly embraced flexible working to get the best out of their team.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring and free up the Partners to grow the firm, the position of Manager has been created.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Review the work completed by a team of 4 on shore staff and an off shore team
- Workflow management
- Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Minimum of 3 years experience reviewing the work completed by senior accountants
- Experience reviewing the work completed by an off shore team
- Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
- Experience with XPM, Xero and FYI is highly desirable
- Previous experience working remotely from home
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Excellent home internet
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Happy to attend the office on an ad hoc basis (once a month/quarter) to stay connected




- Full working rights in Australia - overseas based candidates will NOT be considered

My client is idally looking for someone based in South East QLD.

My client is also open to part time candidates (Min 30 hours a week)
