Alpen Liquor Wholesalers is a proudly independent, specialist importer of German beer and schnapps. We've been bringing top quality German brews to Australia for 10 years, and we're looking for someone to continue leading the charge for us in Queensland.

We're lucky to sell beers that are renowned as global leaders of their style, from breweries whose history spans centuries. We're honoured to represent breweries with such prestige, and we're looking for someone who'll feel the same way.

About The Role

You'll be the face of Alpen Liquor in South East Queensland. That means managing our existing accounts, looking after the great relationships we've built, and growing the business by bringing new customers on board.

Our customer base is spread across bottle shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants, so being out on the road is where the majority of your time will be spent. Naturally, an element of account administration is required alongside the face time with customers. This can be done from home or in our office in Albion, which ever suits your schedule or work preference.

You'll be supported by a team that has a passion for the products we sell, and genuinely care about delivering excellent service to our customers. We've got a can-do attitude throughout the business and our customer service is what gives us the edge over our competitors.



If that means Friday afternoon deliveries to keep taps flowing, we'll find a way to make it happen.

As we are a small team this role is best suited to someone who wants to own their patch, take accountability for results, and play a central role in growing the business.

Skills Required

- Motivated and driven, with a real work ethic.

- Great time management, able to work autonomously and prioritise your own day.

- Some customer-facing or phone sales experience (a background in the trade is a nice bonus, but attitude counts for more).

- Have a real passion for the products you represent.

- Be flexible and adaptable.

- Hold a full Driver's License.

- An RSA certificate is handy, but it's an easy online course and not mandatory to start.
