Physiotherapist – Private Practice | Duncraig

My Physio Duncraig is looking for a physiotherapist to join our growing team.

We’re a well-established private practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, evidence-informed physiotherapy in a friendly and supportive environment.

We’re ideally looking for an experienced physiotherapist who is available close to full-time, however all levels of experience and part-time availability are encouraged to apply. If you’re the right person for the team, we’re happy to discuss how the role could work for you.

Why join My Physio?

- Established caseload – step into an existing patient base rather than having to build a caseload from scratch

- Supportive team environment with experienced clinicians who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge

- Regular professional development and clinical case discussions

- Mentoring from experienced clinicians, including Ruth Chang (PhD, APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Advanced Scope Physiotherapist) and Adam McKnight (APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist and Shoulder Expert)

- Generous financial support for external professional development

- Exposure to a broad range of sports, musculoskeletal and general physiotherapy presentations

- Longer appointment options that allow you to properly assess, treat and educate your patients

- A genuine focus on quality clinical care, rather than upselling unnecessary treatment

- Flexible hours with a solid focus on sustainable work-life balance

- A up-to-date clinic in Duncraig, with an established referral base and growing patient demand

The role

We are ideally looking for someone who is available close to full-time,

however we are still very happy to hear from physiotherapists seeking a part-time position. We can be flexible with the exact hours for the right person.

We’d particularly like to hear from someone with experience in private practice who is confident managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload.

That said, all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. We’re interested in an experienced clinician looking for a great place to work, as well as an enthusiastic early-career physiotherapist looking to develop their skills.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians with extensive backgrounds in sports, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss cases, ask questions and continue developing your clinical reasoning.

What we offer

Generous remuneration with commission-based earnings, including superannuation and leave entitlements, together with a guaranteed minimum retainer.

For a full-time clinician, earnings are expected to be well over $100,000 per year,.

We also provide generous financial support for external professional development, as well as small-group professional development sessions in collaboration with our network of other leading Sports Physiotherapists.

Most importantly, we want to create a workplace where you can enjoy being a physio, continue to improve clinically and have a life outside the clinic.

If you're looking for a supportive private practice with a strong clinical focus, an established caseload and a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now or contact us for a confidential conversation about the role.
