What We’re Looking For:

- Proven retail or sales experience (flooring, interiors, or home improvement background highly regarded)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident, warm, and approachable

- Customer-first attitude with a flair for delivering standout service

- Organised, self-motivated and eager to learn

- Willingness to grow with the business — future leadership potential is a big plus

- Basic computer skills and ability to work with quoting/invoicing systems





- Available to work across weekdays and weekends

Your Day-to-Day:

- Assisting customers with flooring selections across carpet, timber, hybrid, vinyl and more

- Quoting and managing customer projects from first enquiry through to final installation

- Learning product knowledge and staying up to date with the latest in interior design trends

- Supporting daily store operations while developing your sales and leadership skills

- Working closely with management with a view to growing into a leadership position
