About the Role

- Support young people with complex support needs in a residential home.
- Build positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic support.
- Promote life skills, independence, and community participation.
- Respond calmly and safely to challenging situations.
- Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans.
- Due to the care requirements, this role is for male only applicants

Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting young people in a residential home




- Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Minimum Cert 4 in Community Services or similar field

- Public Holiday Pay: $119.41
- Sunday Pay: $97.70
- Saturday Pay: $75.99
- Night Pay: $60.79
- Afternoon Pay: $59.70
- Day Pay: $54.28
