About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Baker/Pastry Cook to join our dynamic team at Sg bakery in Buderim, QLD 4556. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to the success of our thriving bakery.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and baking a wide variety of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods

- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked products

- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients

- Collaborating with the team to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries

What we're looking for

- Formal qualification in baking or patisserie, such as a Certificate III in Baking or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified bakery or pastry cook in a commercial setting

- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines





- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- punctual and reliable, willing to work a 7-day roster, early morning, night shift. Weekend and public holiday is a must
