About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Experienced Strata Manager or a Trainee Strata Manager to join our team.

We are after an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn and has a customer service focus.

The position will be based out of our Menai office,



located in the Sutherland Shire.

To be successful in this position, you must have a can-do attitude, high work ethic, customer service focused and a mature outlook.

Key Duties Include

- Managing a portfolio of clients

- Liaise with owners, committee members and agents

- Email management

- Reviewing financials

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Be able to multi-task

- Being a Team player

- Preparing meeting notices and agendas

- Undertaking administrative duties

- Preparing budgets

- Attending meetings as required

- Providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication

- High work ethic
