BioBlue is an Australian owned manufacturer and distributor ofAdBlue®Diesel Exhaust Fluid servicing customers nationally.
We are expanding our operations in Queensland and seeking aManufacturing Technicianto join our newSumnerfacility.
About the Role
This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll manufacture, pack, and dispatch AdBlue®.
You'll work closely with site management and Head Office in Adelaide while ensuring ourhigh safety and quality standardsare met every day.
Casual role– typically***** hours per week (Mon–Fri)withimmediate startand training provided.
Opportunities available for ongoing permanent employment.
What you'll be doing
Manufacturing of AdBlue® using blending equipment and established procedures.
Manually fill, label and prepare containers for dispatch.
Co-ordination and preparation of outgoing orders for dispatch.




Daily documentation of manufacturing records and reporting to management.
Ensure stock maintenance and managing Batch Traceability procedures.
Managing contamination prevention practices according to ISO standards.
Unloading of manufacturing materials and loading/dispatch of AdBlue®.
Safe operation of manufacturing machinery and forklifts.
Cleaning and maintenance of materials, equipment, and work areas.
Ensure site security and safety procedures.
Carry out additional operational duties as required.
What we are looking for
Truck license valuable but not essential.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Previous experience in production, chemical handling, or manufacturing roles.
Understanding of and ability to work to Work Health Safety requirements.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic reporting.
