Global Disability & Community Services – Strathfield NSW is seeking an Allocations & Rostering Consultant to coordinate and optimize our roster of Support Workers, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly, including after-hours and weekends.
You will liaise with clients, families and workers, confirm shifts, and resolve last-minute changes while maintaining accurate rosters and staff availability in line with policy.
