Key Responsibilities
Front-desk and phone-based patient reception
Appointment bookings and general administrative support
Supporting doctors and clinical staff
Accurate billing and understanding of MBS item numbers




Maintaining reception presentation and patient flow
Supporting preventative health initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum two years' experience as a medical receptionist in General Practice
Experience usingBest Practice software(preferred)
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Qualified presentation and excellent customer service
Clear communication and teamwork skills
About You
As the first point of contact, you will represent the clinic with warmth, professionalism and efficiency.
You take pride in delivering a positive patient experience and contributing to a well-run practice.
Only applicants with General Practice experience will be considered.
