We're looking for an experiencedDelivery & Architecture Managerto lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across our business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection ofsolution architecture, technical leadership, and project delivery.
You'll work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, commercially sound, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
This isn't a role where you'll simply review diagrams from the sidelines.
You'll be hands-on, working across architecture, implementation, integrations, governance, and production support to ensure successful delivery.
About the Role
Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll be responsible for guiding solution architecture while driving the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
You'll challenge existing approaches, simplify complex problems, and ensure every solution is designed with scalability, security, and operational excellence in mind.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture across multiple business initiatives and technology platforms.
Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, from design through to implementation and production support.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions aligned with business strategy.
Lead complex system integrations, ensuring end-to-end data flows are robust and well governed.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Apply security-by-design principles throughout the solution lifecycle.
Review and govern architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Manage software vendors and technology partners throughout implementation projects.




Oversee change management and production release governance.
Support and continuously improve key business systems and platforms.
About You
You'll be an experienced technical leader with strong architecture capability and a passion for delivering practical outcomes.
You'll also bring:
Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Technical Delivery or a similar leadership role.
Strong experience designing enterprise integrations and end-to-end system architectures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and/or AWS.
Experience integrating ERP, payroll, workforce management or field service systems.
Understanding of up-to-date AI technologies and their practical implementation within enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and secure application design.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and enterprise reporting solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across both technical and business audiences.
A commercial mindset that balances immediate delivery with long-term technology strategy.
