Pay:

About the Role
As a
Makeup Artist, Fragrance Brand Ambassador or Team Leader
, you'll play a key role in representing premium beauty and fragrance brands while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retail sales.
Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations.
Demonstrating and recommending premium fragrance, skincare and cosmetic products.
Creating memorable customer experiences through engaging product knowledge and storytelling.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Maintaining exceptional grooming, merchandising and visual presentation standards.
Representing luxury brands with professionalism, confidence and integrity.
Supporting promotional activations, product launches and retail events.




Working collaboratively with retail partners and the OSMP management team.
Completing daily sales reporting and operational requirements.
Team Leader Responsibilities
Successful Team Leaders will also:
Lead, coach and motivate Brand Ambassadors and Makeup Artists.
Support retail activations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with rostering, team coordination and operational planning.
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with client expectations.
Provide performance feedback and reporting to management.
Act as the key liaison between OSMP, retail partners and field teams.

About You
We're looking for candidates who:
Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics,



fragrance, skincare or premium retail sales (preferred).
Makeup Artist qualifications or professional experience (highly regarded).
Leadership or supervisory experience (for Team Leader positions).
A passion for beauty, luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service.
A confident and engaging approach to customer interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Professional presentation with exceptional grooming standards.
The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Availability to work weekdays, late-night trade and weekends.
Multilingual candidates are highly regarded.
