What's on Offer
Rosters:
5:2, 5:4, 7:7, 2:1, 4:2
Locations:
Across Queensland
Pay:
$41–$43 per hour + super
Earnings:
$100K+ in your first year
Trainee Driller (12 months):$120K+ + super
Driller Level 1 (2 years):$140K+ + super
Driller Level 2 (3 years):$160K+ + super
Driller Level 3 (4 years):$180K+ + super
Assisting drillers with rig operation and maintenance
Handling drill rods and tooling
Cleaning, measuring, and logging core samples
General site maintenance and rig cleaning

Key Responsibilities
Assisting drillers with rig operation and maintenance
Handling drill rods and tooling
Cleaning, measuring, and logging core samples
General site maintenance and rig cleaning
What We're Looking For
Intensive labouring or physically demanding work experience
High level of physical fitness and resilience
Clean police record (required for mine site access)
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical & D&A; screen
Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
Manual C Class licence (
HR licence highly regarded
)
