We are currently seekingexperienced and reliable Pick Packersto join their high-performing warehouse team acrossAmbient, Chiller, and Freezer roomsfor their NIGHT / AFTERNOON SHIFT OPERATIONS.
Position Brief Below:
Night Shift- 10 PM – 6:06 AM Afternoon Shift - 2 PM - 10:06 PM
Night Shift - ***** + (Freezer Allowance) Afternoon Shift - ***** for first 6 Hours and ***** for 2 Hours + (Freezer Allowance)
Picking Orders in the Ambient, Chiller and Freezer Rooms Via RF Scanners
Training will be provided , if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for reliable work.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders using RF Scanners (Voice Picking experience highly regarded)
Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently
Work across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer environments
Stack cartons on pallets with attention to weight distribution and safety




Follow Workplace Health & Safety procedures
Participate in ongoing training and contribute positively to the team
Requirements:
Prior experience in a warehouse environment
Cold storage experience essential (Freezer and Chiller rooms)
Proven EPJ operating skills
RF Scanning / Voice Picking experience mandatory
Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced conditions
Must be flexible with shift times, including standby shifts and weekend/overtime as needed
Reliable transport and current driver's license (public transport not readily available)
Good communication skills and team player attitude
Two recent work-related references required
Must pass pre-employment drug, alcohol & medical tests
