We are looking for educators who have;
Understanding children and their needs - must have knowledge of early childhood development
Experience in working with children and demonstrating responsive practices that meet children's individual needs & routines.
Emphasis on creating and maintaining learning environments for children which are physically safe yet promote a challenge to support well‐being and development.
Self‐motivated to engage in professional learning opportunities to improve practice
Experience in working collaboratively with a team to strive toward excellence
Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families
You would bring the following:
Must have a minimum Diploma ECE
Extraordinary relationship skills – exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
