About the Role
As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you'll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience.
In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll:
Prepare and serve a range ofhot and cold beveragesto Muzz Buzz standards.
Servepre-prepared food itemsefficiently and safely to customers.
Take orders andmake customers feel welcomewith a positive and friendly attitude.
Operate within adrive-through-only service model, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.
Keep the store cleanand hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.
Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.
Work both collaboratively in ateam environmentand independently when needed.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
Customer-oriented, with a passion for creating positive experiences.
Cool, calm, and collected,



even during busy peak periods.
Comfortable working in afast-paced, high-energy environment.
Able towork independentlyandcollaborativelyas part of a team.
Adaptable and reliable, with a willingness to learn.
Experience as a barista isnot required but ideal.
Full training is provided for all team members!
Availability
This role offers:
Arotating rosterof up to 25 hours per week.
Shifts ranging from3–8 hours, scheduled between5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
