Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced
Production Level 2 Aluminium Fabricator
to join our manufacturing team in Ipswich.
This role is ideal for someone with previous fabrication or manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high quality work, enjoys working from technical drawings, and is looking to continue developing their skills within a professional production environment.
Build Premium Australian Made Bull Bars
About the Role
Working within our production team, you will manufacture and assemble aluminium bull bar components to exact quality standards while contributing to a safe, productive and team-focused workshop.
You will be trusted to work with a greater level of independence than an entry-level fabricator while continuing to develop your technical capability.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate aluminium components and sub-assemblies to engineering drawings.
Manufacture cross-members, posts and related components to specification.
Read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Operate hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.




Identify and resolve routine production issues within your scope.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement and workshop efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in aluminium fabrication, welding, manufacturing or a similar workshop environment.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience producing accurate, high-quality fabricated components.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
A commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
A current driver's licence.
The physical capability to perform manual production work.
