About the Role:
Ozone Hospitality Services is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman to support the day-to-day upkeep of an aged care facility in Toowoomba.
This role is essential in ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Patching and painting walls and surfaces
Basic plumbing repairs (e.g. clearing blockages, fixing minor leaks)
Equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Furniture repairs and upkeep
Basic carpentry tasks
Replacement of light globes
Waste removal and site cleanliness
Gutter cleaning and preventative maintenance
About You:
Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role
Basic knowledge across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable, proactive, and physically capable
