The Role:
Position: Second In Charge
Location: Redbank Plains, ****
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
leading and inspiring a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.




Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
training and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
Assist in Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
Maintain a safe and clean store workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
S2/S3 trained
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
