Job Summary:
The Caravan Sales Executive is responsible for managing caravan sales from initial enquiry through to completed sale, delivering a high-quality, qualified customer experience.
This role is focused on sales performance, customer relationships, and accurate communication, while working closely with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure a smooth and well-managed process from sale through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Management (Primary Role)
Manage all customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and options
Build strong relationships with customers
Follow up leads and sales opportunities promptly
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Sales Process & Compliance
Ensure all sales are completed in accordance with company processes
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all sales
Follow pricing structures and approval processes
Ensure all paperwork (contracts, RMS, etc.) is completed correctly
Customer Experience




Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent customer experience
Set clear and realistic expectations regarding timeframes and delivery
Keep customers informed throughout the sales process
Ensure a smooth and professional handover of caravans
Administration & Coordination
Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to coordinate:
Stock availability
Delivery timelines
Customer expectations
Prepare and maintain all required sales documentation
Ensure information provided to customers aligns with operational capacity
Pay: $68,****** – $90,****** per year
