Synergie is seeking Recycling Sortersfor a leading waste management companylocated in Rooty Hill
The important parts:
Day and Afternoon Shift available
Day shift: 4am-12pm
What you will be required to do:
This role involves hands-on sorting of waste and recyclable materials in a busy facility. The environment can be
dusty, noisy, and physically demanding
, and requires a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Sort contamination from a fast-moving conveyor line (repetitive and fast-paced work)
Clean work areas and outdoor spaces as required
Perform waste audits and provide accurate reports for local council reps and clients
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
To be successful in the role you will:
Be comfortable working in a loud, dusty, and repetitive workplace
Be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods




Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Have full working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to Eastern Creek
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
