Mechanical Fitter - Water Treatment - Immediate Start!

The role:
We are seeking a hands on Mechanical Fitter to support the maintenance and operation of water treatment and environmental systems across Wastewater Treatment Facility in Kembla Grange.
Key duties include:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance
Installations of pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and other plant equipment
Fault finding and repairs.
Monitoring water treatment systems and chemical levels
Supporting PFAS water treatment/remediation operations
Completing maintenance reports and safety documentation
Selection Criteria:
Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
Experience in water treatment, mechanical, plumbing,



or industrial services preferred
Must currently reside in Wollongong to be considered
Own transport (depot not accessible to public transport)
Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
