What you will enjoy doing
Scheduling of service work to meet regulatory and BOC requirements and labour availability
Schedule labour for service work that provides meets appropriate competencies required for the work
Provide quotations for new service work to customers and internal stakeholders
Liaise with customers to organise planned and unplanned maintenance on their equipment
Provide customers with service reports detailing work conductedTimely and accurate invoicing of BOC customers
Raise purchase order for vendors and goods receipt
Growing the existing service business to agreed targets for revenue and profit
Work with internal stakeholders such as CES scheduler, sales representatives and service technicians
What makes you great
Working Knowledge of Australian Standards, BOC Codes of Practice and other regulatory codes
Experience in gas related or construction industry environment
BOC product and process knowledge
Ability to co-ordinate multiple customer service tasks with both contractors and Service Technicians in various locations and market sectors simultaneously
Ability to read and comprehend Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, general arrangement drawings
NSW Medical gas fitting, technician or supervisors license preferred but not essential
Trade qualification preferred but not essential
