Our women's health service is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our established team.
You will work alongside two experienced women's health physiotherapists, including one with more than 20 years of women's health experience and another with 10 years of women's and pelvic health experience.
You will also join a highly experienced broader physiotherapy team. Seven of our physiotherapists have more than 20 years of experience each, while another three have more than 10 years of experience.
This role combines women's and pelvic health with private MSK, sports and rehabilitation. You will have established patient demand, internal referrals and experienced clinical support around you.
Women's Health + MSK Physiotherapist

The role
Your caseload will combine women's health and general private physiotherapy, with the balance shaped around your experience, training and clinical interests.
Women's and pelvic health presentations may include:
Stress and urgency urinary incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Pelvic pain
Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle and back pain
Postnatal rehabilitation
Abdominal separation
Caesarean section recovery
Return to exercise and running
Perimenopause and menopause-related rehabilitation
Your MSK caseload may include:
Musculoskeletal and spinal conditions
Sports injuries
Postoperative rehabilitation
Persistent and complex pain
Exercise-based rehabilitation
Our caseload is approximately six full-fee private patients for every compensable patient, meaning less paperwork and fewer third-party restrictions.
We do not offer bulk billing, Bupa or Medibank preferred-provider arrangements, or bulk prepaid treatment discounts.
Clinical support and development
You will join an established women's health service and help shape its next stage of growth.
Clinical support includes:
Weekly one-to-one clinical collaboration with the Clinical Manager or a senior women's health physiotherapist
Regular women's health case discussion
Monthly physiotherapy in-service
A separate monthly whole-clinic case study session
A structured learning or collaboration session approximately every two weeks
Access to experienced clinicians across women's health, MSK, rehabilitation and complex conditions




Support to develop areas such as persistent pelvic pain, perimenopause, postnatal rehabilitation and return to running
You will have the independence expected of an experienced physiotherapist, with senior clinicians available for discussion, collaboration and support.
Salary and benefits
$110,000 to $130,000 FTE plus superannuation
Salary based on overall experience and women's health capability
Part-time salary calculated pro rata
$1,000 FTE annual professional development allowance

As a guide, the higher end of the salary range is intended for physiotherapists with greater overall experience and established women's health capability.
About you
You will have:
Current AHPRA registration
Appropriate professional indemnity insurance
At least five years of physiotherapy experience, preferably within private practice
Women's or pelvic health training and clinical experience
Strong MSK assessment and rehabilitation capability
Confidence managing patients independently
Warm, clear and collaborative communication
A commitment to thorough assessment, practical treatment and long-term patient outcomes
This position may suit an established women's health physiotherapist or an experienced MSK physiotherapist who has completed pelvic health training and wants to further develop this area within a well-supported team.
