Glory EV Group | BYD Ringwood Service Centre

Glory EV Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing aftersales team at our BYD Ringwood Service Centre in Ringwood.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing customer interactions, service bookings, and coordinating with a busy workshop environment. Experience within an automotive service department will be highly regarded.

You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a professional and seamless aftersales experience while supporting the daily operations of our service team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily service bookings and maintain the workshop schedule
Open and manage Repair Orders (ROs) in the dealership management system
Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
Communicate service progress, repair recommendations, and timelines
Liaise with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
Provide accurate cost estimates and explanations of required work
Ensure all service documentation is completed correctly




Deliver a high level of customer service in line with dealership standards

Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
Robust understanding of workshop operations and service processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
Experience using TITAN systems is highly regarded
Solid organisational and time management skills
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Full Australian working rights
