What you'll be doing
You'll become the commercial engine room of our finance team, turning data into meaningful business decisions.
Deliver insightful commercial reporting and performance analysis
Build dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers
Analyse profitability across multiple sites and service lines
Drive labour cost, payroll and workforce analytics
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
Improve finance systems and automate reporting processes
Support the transition of payroll into Employment Hero
Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency through AI and automation
Help shape a best-practice finance function for the future

Who we're looking for

You'll likely have:
8+ years' experience in commercial or management accounting in complex, gross-margin driven industries
Strong accrual based accounting knowledge in a multi-site / multi-location business
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Excellent systems knowledge (Xero, Employment Hero or similar)
Experience interpreting complex operational and financial data
Bonus points if you have:
Payroll experience (highly regarded)
CPA or CA qualification
Aged care experience
Experience implementing automation or process improvements
What you'll receive
Package
$140,000 base salary plus super
Not for Profit Salary Packaging option
