We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
Print & Production Specialist
to join our Visual Merchandising team at our Pyrmont Head Office.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the production and delivery of physical and digital visual merchandising materials across our store network. From campaign signage and in-store digital content to fixtures, fittings and current store requirements, you'll play an integral role in bringing STRAND's in-store campaigns and customer experiences to life.
Working closely with the Head of Store Experience and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials across the store network. You'll support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, new store openings, refurbishments and other key retail projects from initial briefing through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production, ordering and distribution of signage, point-of-sale materials, visual merchandising assets and promotional collateral across the store network
Develop project briefs for the Creative team and manage production schedules, specifications, proofs, timelines and delivery requirements with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Track, forecast and administer the Visual Merchandising budget, maintaining accurate records of project costs, purchase orders and invoices and supporting annual financial planning
Manage the scheduling, uploading and maintenance of content across the in-store digital screen network, ensuring content is accurate, current and aligned with campaign timelines
Maintain records of store fixtures & fittings and monitor stock levels, SKU information and replenishment, coordinating requirements with field Visual Merchandising Managers
Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Retail and Warehouse teams to deliver campaigns, new store openings,



refurbishments and other retail initiatives
About You
Previous experience in print production, visual merchandising, retail production, marketing, administration or a related field
Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Canva, with the ability to quickly learn new design, production and content management platforms
An understanding of print production processes, artwork specifications and file management is highly regarded
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with outstanding attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Print, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or a related discipline are advantageous
