Frenchville Sports Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our operations team in a full-time salaried role. You will oversee day-to-day operations across bars, gaming, and reception, while maintaining exceptional service and compliance.

This position emphasizes hands-on leadership and staff development in a quick-paced hospitality workplace. We offer a market-competitive salary of $80,000-$85,000 plus superannuation, a 4-day work week on a 3-week rotating roster, and 5 weeks annual leave.
