Confident working with children and families
Able to work in a quick-paced, loud entertainment environment
A natural leader who can motivate and support the team
Minimum 3 years' management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or a similar customer-focused industry
Proven experience managing KPIs, labour models, and team performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Comfortable working in a vibrant, noisy entertainment setting
