Requirements
Proven site foreman experience
— 5+ years of on tools experience in construction, civil, or plumbing environments
Manage daily site operations
and coordinate trades.
Ensure works are completed safely
, on time.
Monitor quality
, productivity and site compliance.
Coordinate materials
, plant and subcontractors.
Assist
with defect rectification.
Ability to read and interpret plans
and ensure works are delivered to specification
Experience with site laser levels
to setup and mark out relevant works
Experience managing basic WHS compliance
and maintaining a secure work environment
Reasonable admin and reporting capability
— daily logs, site reports, toolbox talks
Construction White Card required
Driver's license required
Provide own general carpentry/construction tools
i.e. drills, hand tools, hammer drill, circular saw etc
Experience
: Preferred completed carpentry apprenticeship
Roles/responsibilities
Site setup and pack down




Site maintenance and tidiness
Receive deliveries
Preparing for tasks and contractors
I.e.
Setup profiles and stringlines
Mark out installation locations
Mark out trenches and formwork
etc
Manage labour
Pickup materials and equipment
Factory runs
Hire equipment
Material supplier pickup when needed
Contractor quality control
Checking measurements, RL's, sizes etc
Contractor sign Ons and inductions
Manage site compliance
Check workers PPE and qualifications
Daily pre-starts
