The Chance:




Working across the Exchange for Change, Return and Earn, and ACT Container Deposit Scheme brands, you will help ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, strategic objectives and approved messaging, contributing to a strong, consistent and trusted brand presence.
We are seeking a creative and versatile skilled with experience working across multiple brands, either within an agency or in‐house environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and demonstrates creativity, accountability, initiative and strong organisational skills.
As part of the Marketing, Communications and Engagement team, you will provide creative design expertise and support internal and external stakeholders in the development of high‐quality branded assets and collateral. You will be responsible for digital content creation and execution, social media and community management, creative design delivery, and performance reporting, helping to drive audience engagement and enhance the visibility of our brands.
What you'll do day to day:
Day to day, you will create and deliver engaging content across our digital channels, manage social media and online communities,



and produce high‐quality creative assets that support our brands and campaigns. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll bring stories to life through content, design and video, while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
You'll also monitor performance, provide insights and recommendations, and stay on top of digital trends to continuously improve content effectiveness and reach.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or a related field
3–5 years' experience in content, social media or digital marketing, with strong capability in content production and graphic design
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience with email and content management platforms such as Hubspot or Sanity
Experience with social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite or similar
Experience working in a fast‐paced agency or in‐house environment
