What you'll receive

What you’ll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Speaking with clients over the phone and responding to emails
Assisting with client enquiries and account updates
Preparing and processing client documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the team with general administration




Learning how to review client information and provide ongoing support
Building positive relationships with clients

About you

We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service skills
Is confident speaking with clients over the phone
Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Is motivated, driven and eager to learn
Has valuable attention to detail
Is organised and able to manage their time effectively
Enjoys working in a team
Has basic computer skills
