What You'll Do
As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the
driving force behind membership growth
for our new club.
You will:
Drive the club's pre-sales campaign
, generating excitement before the club opens
Generate and convert leads through
community outreach, local partnerships, social media, and referrals
Deliver
sales presentations and personalised tours
to prospective members
Build strong relationships and create
great member experiences
Achieve
sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
Track leads, appointments, and conversions using our CRM
Work closely with your team to help
launch and grow the club successfully
Who You Are
Sales-focused
with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
Motivated by results and driven to
hit (and smash) targets
Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks
A strong communicator who listens, empathises, and influences
Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the
Cartel brand
Sales experience is a bonus — but
energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
