We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Technical Services team.
This role is ideal for a highly capable IT generalist with a strong AWS/cloud mindset, who enjoys working across infrastructure, architecture, operations, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in designing, supporting, and evolving our hybrid cloud environments, while also providing support across operational excellence and technical direction.
This is a permanent full time position based at our Sydney Olympic Park office,
open only to Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Cloud & Architecture Leadership
Lead design and implementation of AWS-based cloud infrastructure
Drive architecture decisions across cloud and on-prem environments
Contribute to DR, BCP, and high-availability architectures
Improve scalability, reliability, and security of systems
Infrastructure & Operations
Provide Level 3 support across cloud and internal settings
Manage hybrid infrastructure including:
AWS (core focus), with some Azure exposure
Windows & Linux systems
Networking (VPNs, firewalls, routing, DNS, DHCP)
Administer databases and application servers
Own backup, monitoring, and incident management processes
Technical Leadership & Governance
Mentor junior team members and support capability growth
Oversee production changes and infrastructure releases
