Alto Body Paint, located within the state-of-the-art Audi Alto Macarthur facility, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Stripper & Fitter / Panel Beater to join our growing team.

This is an excellent chance for someone passionate about cars and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive repair industry. You'll work alongside skilled specialists, gain hands-on experience, and receive comprehensive training in a modern workshop environment.

About the Role
Remove and refit vehicle panels, trims, lights, and accessories
Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly for repairs
Support panel beating and repair preparation activities
Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
Use workshop tools and equipment correctly and safely
Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills

What We're Looking For
Genuine interest in the automotive industry
Positive attitude and willingness to learn




Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
School leavers and first-year apprentices are encouraged to apply
