Springwood Mall Medical Centre is conveniently located in Springwood Mall, with ample parking and easy access to public transport. The medical centre was established in **** and has been providing medical care to the local community.
We are looking for a Part time/Casual medical receptionist to work in a friendly small sized GP clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service, able to multitask and good time management skills. Must have medical receptionist/health administration experience.



Best Practice software experience preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Efficiently manage a high volume of phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
Ensure accurate and timely patient registration and data entry
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
Coordinate and schedule appointments
