Production Assistant
to join our vibrant Production Team at Pablo & Rusty's North Ryde Roastery. Our team is packed with coffee professionals who thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment!
About the Role
This role supports our packing andlogisticsoperations to ensure every batch of coffee is roasted and packed toexactingspecifications.You'llwork acrossproduction areas and support warehouse coordination to help deliver exceptional coffee to our customers.
A key part of this role is providing our team with coverage across the day, so flexibility is essential. You must be available to cover shifts including:
7:00am -3:00pm (opening shift)
9:00am – 5:00pm (closingshift)




Our teamoperatemultiple packing machines and learning how tooperatethese with precision and attention to detail is key. We valuethequalityof ourproduct, andmaintaininga clean andorganisedproduction space is vital.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial packing machines
Assistwithrestocking and receiving consumables
Maintain strict quality control and production records
Support warehouseorganisation, stockcontrolandgeneralcleanliness
Assistwithprocessing orders including pick/pack and labelling of orders
Adhere to HACCP/GMPguidelines andundergo training in Food Safetyin manufacturing
About You
1+ yearwarehouse/food manufacturing/coffee industryexperience preferred
Experience with commercialcoffee packing machineshighly regarded
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Physically capable and reliable
Willingness to learn from and work collaboratively with our teams
Forkliftlicenseadvantageous(but not essential)
