Youthworks is seeking a Catering Coordinator to lead and deliver high-quality, guest-centred catering at Port Hacking Conference Centres, reporting to the Centre Manager. The role combines leadership of the catering team with hands-on kitchen duties to support food preparation, service delivery and smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will guide menus, ensure dietary needs are met and uphold food safety, stock control and guest satisfaction within a Christian hospitality context.
