Our Client is an iconic residential property Developer and Builder, operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Their projects include Housing Communities, Apartments complexes, Housing subdivisions, Townhouse subdivisions and Land subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Write trade scopes of work

Analyse subcontract tender submissions and make recommendations

Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project

Manage subcontracts throughout the construction of the works

Advise relevant parties of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project

Provide support to prepare and forward relevant notices within designated time frames

Update and maintain notices of delay and extensions of time registers

Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract

Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current

Revise and retain contract registers highlighting payment conditions

Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required





Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

Managing subcontractors

Develop monthly progress claims maintaining with time constraints

Accounts, post procurement - Managing quotes, contracts and managing claims

Project reporting

Admin of Timberline project accounting software

About You:

Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management, engineering or architecture or similar field.

Minimum2-4 years’ experience in aProject Coordinator/ Site engineer role OR Contracts Administration within the current build and multi-story construction experience.

Highly motivated with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

You need to have the right to work in Australia.
