About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic solicitor with
2–5 years' post-admission experience
to manage an established practice primarily comprising:
Residential and commercial conveyancing;
Retail and commercial leasing;
General commercial advice and transactions.
Experience in
family law
is highly desirable, although not essential. Candidates with an interest in developing this practice area will be supported to do so.
Depending on your experience and interests, you may also undertake work in:
Wills and estate planning;
Probate and estate administration;
Commercial litigation;
Education law.
This is a hands-on role with direct client responsibility, file management and regular interaction with referral partners including real estate agents, accountants and financial advisers.
About You
To be successful, you will:




Hold a current Australian practising certificate;
Have at least
2 years' post-admission experience
;
Have solid experience in
conveyancing and commercial/retail leasing
;
Be capable of managing your own files with minimal supervision;
Have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
Be organised, commercially minded and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Family law experience will be viewed favourably.
What We Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience (approximately
$120,000–$150,000 plus superannuation
);
Work from home 1 day per week.
