About You
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (fire protection or building services background)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
Clear and confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems (Uptick knowledge highly regarded)
Able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
