Task & responsibilities
Delivering high-quality clinical care.
Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and practice administration, and serving as a key communication link within the clinic as well as with external healthcare providers and community organisations.
Conducting thorough clinical assessments, formulating evidence-based nursing care plans, delivering interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes in accordance with skilled Australian nursing standards.
Driving preventative health initiatives, health assessments, and patient education programs to promote long-term wellbeing and chronic disease management.
Administering prescribed medications, clinical therapies, immunisations, and wound care, while continuously monitoring patient responses and care plan progress.




Working in close consultation with the practice's General Practitioners and liaising with external specialists, allied health providers, and community agencies to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Qualification & experience
Bachlor of Nursing (or equivalent).
Three years of full-time experience in a registered nurse position (General Practice nursing experience preferred, but is not required).
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia/AHPRA is required.
