Our client is a global service provider to the mining and aggregate industries. Due to consistent projects forecasted, we are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join their workshop team based in Newcastle.

If you're a qualified Mechanical Fitter looking to partner with a global leader in fixed plant overhauls, then we want to hear from you!

What's involved?
Overhauls of fixed plant, including but not limited to pumps, screens and valves
Strip, assess and rebuild projects in a large, workshop team workplace
Use of precision measuring equipment including micrometers

What we're looking for:
Mechanical Trade Qualification
Forklift ticket - must have
Proactive attitude and diligence
Great teamwork ability




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent references to support your application

What we can offer you
Casual rate $61 - $62 / hour
Monday - Friday
Day shift 6 - 2:30 with some overtime available
