ORIX Australia is looking for a agile Branch Manager to oversee our Rental & Mobility operations. This role involves guiding both strategic initiatives and daily activities to ensure outstanding customer service and operational success. You will cultivate a solid team environment and build lasting relationships with clients in the local area.
What you'll do
Direct the branch's daily operations while implementing strategic plans to enhance growth and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients at both local and state levels to support business objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a related field.
Proven track record in customer service and operational management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Nice to have
Experience in the rental or mobility industry.
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
Skills & tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
