We are looking for an experienced Toddler Room Leader (2-3 year olds), and Multiage Superstars to join our Springwood team. This is a beautiful opportunity for someone who understands the importance of secure relationships, gentle routines, respectful care and thoughtful learning environments for our youngest children.
To support these mindful caregiving expectations, we have lowered the educator:child ratio at Bask to a 1:4 ratio for our under 3's and 1:8 ratio for our over 3's.
If you are calm, capable, nurturing and confident leading a room where children feel safe, known and deeply cared for, we would love to meet you.
Must be able to work on a rotational roster, including both Open and Close shifts.

Bask Springwood is a uniquely designed 140-place early learning centre spread across two spacious levels. Our under three's (1:4 ratio) have their own dedicated floor, with calm learning spaces and an oversized outdoor playscape overlooking lush bushland.
Our centre is supported by a passionate non-contact Leadership Team, including a Centre Manager, Quality & Compliance Leader and two Educational Leaders (one dedicated to each level). As our Toddler Room Leader or Multiage Superstar, you will be supported to lead with intention,



build robust family partnerships and create a space where children are nurtured through connection, rhythm and responsive care.
About the Role
This role is for an experienced educator who understands that leading a Toddler room is both tender and important work.
You will guide the daily rhythm of the room, support your team, build meaningful relationships with families and create a calm, engaging environment where babies feel safe to explore at their own pace.
You will bring confidence in infant and toddler pedagogy, a strong understanding of routines, and a natural ability to hold both the practical and emotional needs of the room with care.
We Would Love to Meet You If You
You may be the right fit for Bask if you:
Have strong experience working with babies and toddlers in an early learning setting.
Hold, or are working towards, an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification.
Understand the importance of attachment, connection and responsive caregiving.
Can lead a room with calm confidence, clear communication and warmth.
Value strong partnerships with families and open, respectful communication.
Are confident supporting routines including sleep, meals, bottles, nappies and transitions.
Have a sound understanding of the EYLF, NQF and relevant regulatory requirements.




Enjoy mentoring and supporting other educators in a collaborative team environment.
Are available for an immediate start.
Experience with OWNA, Storypark or Microsoft 365 is helpful, but not essential.

Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, a suitability card, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
