The Australian Taxation Office is seeking a Litigation Officer to support the Litigation and Legal Services team. You will undertake less complex litigation under guidance, conduct legal research, prepare briefs to counsel, and draft court documents and correspondence.

You will work autonomously and with the team to support delivery of litigation and legal advice outcomes, assist with continuous improvement, and contribute to enhancements in litigation practices and reporting.
