About the role

As a contractor to Spotlight, you will use your own vehicle and tools to complete in-home installations of custom made curtains, blinds (indoor & outdoor) and shutters in our customers' homes. This role would suit an independent handyperson who has their own registered ABN.

We also anticipate that we will have work for you for roughly 2 days for Rockhampton and 2 days for Gladstone per week, subject to sales activity.

Duties
Work closely with the Centralised Service team who will coordinate your appointments




Fit window furnishings in customers' homes; curtains, blinds & shutters
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage stock and quality control
Collect products from local store prior to installations occurring
Provide reports on reworked items and windows check measured
Calendar access and invoicing through our dedicated App

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years commercial handyperson experience required
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
Solid attention to detail
Own tools, phone, vehicle and registered ABN/Company
Insurance and Public Liability require
